See all the latest dates and locations of our shows. We are no longer using PayPal to take payments online for registration. Please select "Pay at Show" when registering and we will contact each vendor for payment option. Thank you for your understanding.

**Cancelation Policy**

New Cancellation Policies for HERPS 2023 and Beyond:

1. If you cancel a show for any reason (other than a true emergency situation) 14 DAYS or less before a show, you will be responsible for paying for those tables in full before you can vend again.

2. If you do this a 2nd time, you will not only have to pay for those tables but you will also be required to prepay in full for all future shows, no exceptions.

These new policies will be STRICTLY ENFORCED for 2023 and beyond. We will no longer be lenient regarding cancellations. It's your responsibility to know what shows you are signed up for and if you are not sure, reach out to me. I keep the next show of each location updated regularly in the Vendor Group, so please review all of those as well.

If we continue to have issues and this does not solve them, we will start requiring everyone prepay a non-refundable 50% deposit in order to vend.
