**Cancelation Policy**
If you cancel a show within 7 days, without an emergency situation, you will have to start prepaying for all shows in full up front to secure a spot. You will also have to pay in full for the show you canceled within 7 days, or you will be removed from all future vendor lists. If this happens 3 times, you will be banned from all future shows.

Vendor Rules
Friday 3 pm – 8 pm
Saturday 7 am – 10 am.
The doors will open at 9 am on Sunday for vendors only.
Table covers are not provided so plan accordingly.
All vendor tables are 8ft long by 30 inches wide, except Pueblo. All Pueblo tables are 6ft long by 30 inches wide.
All local, state, and federal laws must be obeyed. Please be prepared to show the proper permits if necessary.
All animals brought into the venue must be healthy, and in clean containers or enclosures. The promoters of the show will be doing walk-throughs throughout the day. If we feel that an animal is in poor health, or held in poor conditions, you will be asked to remove the animal from your display.
Any animal that is removed from it’s container or enclosure must be done so at the vendor’s liability. We take no responsibility for animal bites, scratches, or other personal harm.
Please be courteous to all show patrons and vendors. We will not tolerate excessive profanity or arguments between vendors. You will be asked to leave and will forfeit your entire table expenses. Respect!
Per the venue regulations, absolutely no outside alcoholic beverages are permitted.
It is extremely important that all animals and insects are held in secure containers or enclosures. We must immediately be notified if an animal/insect is suspected to have escaped. We will make every effort to find and retrieve a lost animal/insect.
We reserve the right to refuse table reservations.
Security will be provided from Saturday night after the show until Sunday morning. The doors will be locked and you will not be allowed to re-enter.
No dogs or cats will be allowed to be sold. Small mammals will be allowed to be sold as pets or feeders. All live rodents must be properly contained. The vendor is responsible for securing and catching any escapees.
There are no exclusive vendors for certain products such as feeders, supplies, tanks, lights, species, etc.
